The Neuron Clinic offers pediatric neurology, or child neurology, services to patients younger than 18, as well as adult neurology for patients 18 years and older to the communities of Temecula, Murrieta, Menefee, Hemet Fallbrook, Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Poway, Chula Vista, National City, San Diego, South-bay and surrounding areas.
We welcome Dr. Klari Olenski to our team, offering her expertise as a Pediatric Neurologist to the San Diego region.
A pediatric or child neurologist, is a doctor who treats children who have problems with their nervous system. Problems in the nervous system can start in the brain, spine, nerves, or muscles. These can lead to problems such as seizures, headaches, or developmental delays.
Pediatric neurology, or child neurology, encompasses general neurology services including new and existing patient consultations, medication management, EEGs, neurology for sports, and more. We accept many insurances including HMOs, PPOs, Medi-Cal, Tricare, Medicare, and other plans.

Klari Olenski, DO

Dr. Klari Olenski is a board-certified Neurologist with special qualifications in Child Neurology. She has expertise in patients of all ages with mild, moderate, and severe traumatic brain injury including the physical, cognitive, and mood related sequalae that can occur after a head injury. She completed her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree at University of California, San Diego and graduated from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California. From there, she completed her Child Neurology residency at the Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona where she also served as Chief Resident her senior year. She developed an interest in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), including concussion, as well as Sports Neurology for which she completed a TBI/Sports Neurology fellowship at the Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. As a San Diego native, she has joined The Neuron Clinic to serve the San Diego and Riverside Counties. Her goal is to bring awareness to concussion for early diagnosis and treatment, as needed.
