Roberto Gratianne, MD

Dr. Gratianne is a skilled neurologist with over 30 years of experience treating patients. He has been a pillar of San Diego’s neurological community, offering his expertise and compassionate care to the South Bay for many years. Dr. Gratianne earned his medical degree at the Autonomous University of Baja California, Mexico in 1979. He then completed a medical externship at Monterrey Park Hospital in Los Angeles county in 1980. Shortly after, he completed a medical internship at Grant Hospital in Chicago, IL before completing a three-year neurology residency at Indiana University in 1986. Dr. Gratianne then moved to San Diego, where he continues to faithfully serve as a neurologist in private practice. In addition to his clinical experience, Dr. Gratianne has also contributed to several research publications and is board-certified. In addition to general neurology conditions, Dr. Gratianne offers patients EMG services. He speaks English and Spanish, and is affiliated with the Scripps and Sharp hospital systems.
